Terms and Conditions
By participating in this promotional activity (the “Promotion”), all participants (the “Participants”) agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Non-compliance with any provision herein may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of VGO Tel.
1. Promotion Period
This Promotion shall be valid exclusively during the live matches of HBL PSL 11. The Promotion shall commence at the first ball of the tournament and shall conclude upon the completion of the final match.
VGO Tel reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time due to technical, legal, or operational reasons, without prior notice or liability.
2. Eligibility Criteria
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of Pakistan holding a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC).
The following individuals are not eligible to participate:
- Employees, directors, and officers of VGO Tel, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB), and associated sponsors;
- Vendors, agencies, and contractors involved in the execution of this Promotion;
- Immediate family members (including parents, siblings, spouses, and children) of the above.
3. Participation and Entry Requirements
To participate in the Promotion, Participants must comply with the following requirements:
- Capture a clear photograph or screenshot when the VGO Tel branded bike appears during a live broadcast of the match.
- The image must be:
- Full-screen;
- Unedited, uncropped, and unaltered;
- Clearly displaying the official broadcaster’s or streaming platform’s logo (e.g., A Sports, Ten Sports, etc.).
- The image must be captured directly from a television broadcast or official digital livestream.
- The entry must be submitted immediately via WhatsApp to the official number: 0300 0999 987.
Any attempt to manipulate, alter, duplicate, or submit entries through multiple identities, devices, or phone numbers for the same instance shall result in immediate disqualification.
4. Winner Selection Mechanism (“First Five” Rule)
For each match, only the first five (5) valid entries received on the official WhatsApp number shall qualify for the lucky draw.
The determination of the first five entries shall be based solely on the timestamp recorded on VGO Tel’s official WhatsApp Business account server, which shall be final, binding, and non-contestable.
From the pool of these five qualifying entries, one (1) winner shall be selected through a computerized random selection system.
VGO Tel does not guarantee equal opportunity for all Participants due to potential variations in broadcast delays across television and digital streaming platforms.
5. Prize and Limitations
- Each winner shall be entitled to one (1) motorbike per match.
- A single CNIC holder shall not be eligible to win more than one (1) prize during the entire Promotion period.
- The prize is strictly non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any alternative.
- The actual prize may vary in model, color, or specifications from promotional materials.
All applicable taxes, registration charges, and any other costs associated with the ownership or transfer of the prize shall be borne solely by the winner.
The prize shall be delivered within 30 to 60 working days following successful verification of the winner.
6. Verification and Disqualification
Winners shall be contacted via the phone number used for entry submission.
Each winner must provide a valid CNIC and any additional documentation required for verification within 24 hours of being contacted.
PCB/VGO TEL reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or reject any entry at its sole discretion if:
- The entry is incomplete, unclear, or does not meet the stated requirements;
- The entry is suspected to be fraudulent, duplicated, or sourced from unauthorized platforms such as social media;
- There is any breach of these Terms and Conditions.
7. Limitation of Liability
VGO Tel, its affiliates, partners, and associated entities shall not be liable for:
- Any network, technical, or transmission failures;
- Delayed, lost, incomplete, or misdirected entries;
- Any discrepancies arising due to broadcast delays or platform differences;
- Any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in the Promotion or acceptance/use of the prize.
8. Publicity Rights
By participating in the Promotion, winners expressly consent to the use of their name, likeness, photographs, and/or video recordings for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes by VGO Tel and its partners, without any compensation.
9. Data Privacy
All personal information collected during the Promotion, including phone numbers and CNIC details, shall be used solely for the purposes of administering the Promotion and verifying winners.
Such information shall not be shared with third parties except where required for prize fulfillment or compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Karachi.
11. General Conditions
By participating in this Promotion, Participants acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.
VGO Tel reserves the right to interpret these Terms and Conditions and its decision in all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
