Lahore February 1: Defending champions Islamabad United have replaced West Indian all-rounder Andre Russell with England fast bowler Steven Finn for the HBL Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2017 that gets underway on February 9 with the opening clash between United and Peshawar Zalmi.

Russell is unavailable for the tournament after a one year ban was imposed on him by an independent anti-doping panel for a whereabouts clause violation.

Finn has played 66 T20s including 21 for his country, the speedster has collected 74 wickets in the instant format, the 27 year-old will be making his HBL PSL debut this season.
